Publications specialist edits the manuscript on computer to ensure correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, sentence structure, and usage. Task includes imposing a consistent style while querying or correcting inconsistencies, flagging and checking head levels and callouts for graphics or notes, cross-checking in-text references, and styling reference lists or bibliographies. Editing is done in "track changes" so that the client can review edits. Some of our editors are able to edit in foreign languages.
